Description
An automatic paper forming machine is developed on the basis of absorbing the advanced technology from home and abroad. It is an automatic multi-working-station machine with photosensor detecting, failure alarming, counting function. This machine adopts an ultrasonic system to seal the bowl-side body, so it is available for making big size paper bowls for both single and double PE paper bowls, such as soup bowls, fast noodle bowls, etc., The procedure is as follows: Automatic paper feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubricating, bottom punching, two-step bottom heating, knurling, curling, and bowl discharging.

- It is an optically controlled contact-less switch, which automatically controls the machine and secures the safety of both the machine and the operator.
- It is equipped with a chain system, controlled by an inverter and gearbox, which helps to realized steeples speed regulation.
